FeedSync is a business-to-business (B2B) software provider established in the Republic of Lithuania.

2.1 Account and Service Provision
Purpose: To create and manage user accounts, provide access to the Service, and deliver FeedSync functionality.

- Account login credentials (password hashes)
- Company name and business details
- User roles and permissions

Retention: Stored while the account is active and up to 24 months after the last recorded activity, unless deletion is requested earlier or required by law.
2.2 Billing and Payments
Purpose: To manage subscriptions, invoices, payments, and tax compliance.

- Subscription status
- Invoice and payment records
- Stripe customer and transaction identifiers

FeedSync does not store full payment card details. Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Retention: As required by accounting and tax regulations.
2.3 Product and Integration Data
Purpose: To operate the Service, including feed generation, synchronization, monitoring, and diagnostics.
Data processed:
- Product feed content
- Feed configurations
- Technical logs and synchronization metadata
Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
Controller / Processor roles:
- You act as data controller for any personal data included in feeds
- FeedSync acts as data processor
2.4 Communication and Support
Purpose: To communicate with users, provide technical support, and respond to inquiries.
Data processed:
- Name
- Email address
- Message content
Legal basis: Performance of a contract; Legitimate interest in maintaining service quality and customer support
Retention: Up to 12 months after the issue is resolved.
2.5 Marketing and Newsletters
Purpose: To send service updates, product information, and related B2B communications.
Data processed:
- Name
- Email address
Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), or Legitimate interest in promoting similar services to existing business customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
